Following the success of our SASI Open Nights recently we have been approached by Sutherland Shire Council to be a participant in this years Jannali Moonrise Festival - Saturday 1 November, 2025.

Our participation will be in the form of Sidewalk Astronomy with a small marquee, desk, table, large SASI information poster, SASI brochures including membership and a simple, small Dobsonian Reflecting Telescope to allow members of the public to look at a landmark during the day e.g., the detail on a telecommunications tower and The Moon when it rises later in the day.

The event goes from 11am and concludes at 9pm.
